Mary Burr, APRN is an experienced medical provider and has provided care in the Twin Lakes and surrounding areas for over 20 years. She was formerly at Regional Family Medical Clinic. She served proudly as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves utilizing her skills as a medical provider and instructor there as well. She is a former Adjunct Professor of Nursing at ASU-MH for the LPN-Paramedic Bridge program.

Our services
The mission is simple. I strive to keep overhead costs low. This means no costly EMR (electronic medical record), reducing the number of office staff greatly: No billers, no coders, no extra personnel. General Medical Exam

Basic Office Visit
An office visit is typically a “sick” visit or a visit for medication management is $65. Many procedures offered at an additional price. These include, joint injections, trigger point injections, cyst removal, skin tag removal, simple suturing, in-grown toenail removal, ear cleaning, cortisone injections, Vitamin B12 injections and IV solutions for dehydration and more. Call for pricing.
Laboratory: Available at an additional cost.
We are a QUEST affiliate and also do some testing on-site such as strep, urinalysis and pregnancy testing. All for a nominal fee.
FMCSA Certified provider. Also a CERTEDRIVE affiliate.
DOT Driver Medical Examinations
Nationally Certified with the FMCSA and ready to certify new drivers or recertify experienced drivers. Whatever your needs may be I will work to get you certified and on your way. Urine Drug Screens at an additional cost and not required by most agencies. CERTEDRIVE AFFILIATE.
DOT Medical Exam: $125 (includes basic urinalysis).
Physical Examinations
Customized physical examinations tailored to fit your needs. Whether it be a school sports exam, a college entrance medical exam, a hospital history and physical or an insurance compliance exam, let me take care of you.

Laboratory Services on Site
The Neighborhood Clinic laboratory offers strep screening, pregnancy testing, drug screening and urinalysis testing. In-House testing for Strep, Urinalysis, Pregnancy: $15. 12-panel urine drug testing: $20. All testing is CLIA waived and certified with the ADH. Insured patients can be sent to BRMC for lab and Xray services which are typically covered by your insurance. A large variety of Quest Diagnostics labs available for a discounted price here for out self-pay patients. Call for Quest pricing.
